CNC Plate Processing Centers
Finally a CNC plate processing center that can do it all! Punch, Drill, Mill, Tap, Countersink, Scribe, Mark, Plasma and Oxy-fuel cut. The Ficep CNC plate processing centers offer capabilities that were just not available previously in the market. The ability to generate holes by punching and drilling (up to 5 inches in thickness) in the same CNC plate processing center affords the user unprecedented versatility. |
CNC Beam Coping
This robotic structural steel burning system generates total flexibility as the torch can be articulated to process all surfaces so it can achieve a full complement of CNC beam coping applications. The Ficep CNC beam coping system can be provided with both oxy-fuel and plasma torches to maximize the typical beam coping operations. |
Plate Duplicators
 The Ficep plate duplicators eliminate the time consuming layout and hole production that is associated with the production of plate and angle detail components. A hydraulic punching head in conjunction with an optional drilling head gives the Ficep plate duplicators the capability to process applications that require either punching or drilling. |
CNC Controlled Band Saws
 Ficep offers a complete range of CNC controlled band saws that can be furnished as a stand alone system or in combination with a CNC controlled drilling line. Multiple models can process sections up to 50" in depth. |
Material Handling Systems
 The material handling systems can process sections up to 300 pounds per foot or as an alternative a heavier material handling system can be furnished to process sections up to 850 pounds per foot. The material handling system consists of roller conveyor, horizontal unloaders and cross transfer systems that are either of the lift and carry or chain driven dog design.

CNC Pipe Cutting
 Addressing numerous requests for automatic pipe cutting Ficep Corporation has added to their product line the HGG Pro Cutter 600 line of CNC pipe cutting. This automated system features full CNC contouring of pipes for the typical pipe to pipe and pipe to plate connections currently required in structural steel projects.

Magnetic Lifting Devices
 Material handling of structural steel and plate for fabricators has been considered as a necessary evil for years. Not because it is totally unnecessary but rather it never adds value to the process! Material handling systems have helped greatly over the years to reduce the amount of handling but the required usage of overhead cranes will always be a major component of fabrication. The use of permanent magnetic lifting systems for plates and structural steel have proven in Europe to reduce the cost associated with this type of handling by over 50%!
